On/Off Button
The On/Off button is the most common and essential button on your Mitsubishi Electric AC remote. It is usually represented by a circle with a vertical bar printed on it.
To turn on your Mitsubishi AC, simply press the On/Off button on your remote. You can also turn on your AC unit without the remote if you don't have access to it. Temperature Control
To operate temperature control on a Mitsubishi Electric AC remote, you must first ensure that the remote controller is powered on and within range of the indoor unit. Once you've done this, press the "MODE" button to select your desired operation mode (AUTO, COOL, DRY, HEAT, or FAN).

Fast Mode
The Fast Mode on a Mitsubishi Electric AC remote is comparable to the turbo mode found on most AC remotes. It is used when immediate cooling is required. When activated, the Fast Mode will remain on for 15 minutes, and you can also adjust the direction of the air to your preference.

Auto Vane Control
The Auto Vane Control feature on your Mitsubishi Electric AC remote allows you to control the direction of the air by adjusting the up-down and left-right positions of the vanes. There are 5 up-down vane positions, 5 left-right vane positions, and the swing option.
To adjust the vertical vanes, press the button labelled "WIDE VANE" on your remote to cycle through the various directions of the vertical vanes. Fan Speed
The AUTO mode automatically selects the fan speed according to the operation mode and room temperature. When the unit is first turned on, it operates at a higher speed and then gradually lowers the speed as it reaches the set temperature. This mode is not recommended for systems connected to MXZ-type outdoor units, as it may force standby mode instead of mode-switching.
The COOL mode is used for immediate cooling, while the HEAT mode is optimal for cold climates. It is recommended to avoid the COOL mode below -10°C to prevent condensation damage.
