Electrizers are items in Pokémon Sun and Moon that trigger evolution in certain Pokémon when traded while being held by them. Trade an Electabuzz holding an Electrizer
To evolve Electabuzz into Electivire, you must trade an Electabuzz holding an Electrizer item to another player. This evolution method is consistent across various Pokémon games, including Sword, Shield, Brilliant Diamond, Shining Pearl, Legends: Arceus, Scarlet, and Violet. Note that the Electrizer will disappear after Electabuzz evolves, and you will need to trade back for Electivire.
In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you can obtain the Electrizer in The Indigo Disk DLC by searching the Canyon Biome, finding 130 Pokémon in the Blueberry Pokédex, or purchasing it for 250 BP in the Blueberry Academy School Store.

For Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, the only way to obtain an Electrizer is by catching an Elekid that is already holding the item. Elekid can be found in locations like the Stargleam Cavern, but it can only be caught in the Brilliant Diamond game. If you have the Shining Pearl version, you will need to trade with someone who owns the opposite game.
Keep in mind that Electivire was introduced in Generation IV, so you won't be able to find an Electrizer in Generation III or earlier games. Additionally, Nintendo has discontinued online services for the DS and 3DS, so trading for Electivire is only possible in the Nintendo Switch Pokémon titles.

Seafolk Village on Poni Island
In Pokémon Sun and Moon, Seafolk Village is a small town in the southwest of Poni Island, made up of travelling ships. It is a tiny place full of cheerful people who have dedicated their lives to exploring the sea. Show the woman sitting on the opposite couch an Alolan Raichu, and she'll give you Raichu's exclusive Z-Crystal, Aloraichium Z.
After becoming a Champion, return to Seafolk Village to engage in a battle and collect some items.

Poni Island's Seafolk Village
Poni Island is a welcome break from the frantic pace of the previous steps in your journey. It is home to the laid-back Seafolk Village, a charming settlement of travelling ships on the southern shores of the island, with a large central tree and some Pokémon-shaped houses.
In the floating shop on the left, you can talk to a man to get a Magmarizer and Electrizer. These items will allow Magmar and Electabuzz to evolve into their final forms if they are traded while holding onto them. You can also speak to the Ace Trainer in the shop to get Aerodactyl, a rare fossil Pokémon.
There is a battle restaurant to the west, where you can eat a meal to earn Heart Scales. There is a green sparkle under the bottom-left table. To the east, a Rising Star will ask if you are a lucky person and will give you a Lucky Punch. Eat at the floating restaurant
To find the Electrizer in Pokémon Sun and Moon, you must first make your way to Seafolk Village on Poni Island. This area is accessible after many battles and events in Aether Paradise.
